Large Projects

Dedicated Adecco supervisors that are situated onsite to provide support to our on-hire workers.

We place the same amount of due diligence in finding you the right on-hire people as we do for permanent employees. After all, this is what we are known for.

Our minimum screening process includes:

Telephone pre-screen
Face-to-face interview
Skills test (Xpert Can Do)
Motivation test (Xpert Will Do)

Compatibility (Xpert Will Fit)
Two verbal references with direct
supervisors from previous
employment
Licence & Ticket verification
(with alerts for expiry)
Visa check

Confirmation of eligibility to work
Criminal background check
Health & Safety Assessment

Of course additional checks such as medical history, drugs and alcohol checks, overseas directorships, credit references can also be undertaken on request.

Each and every person we employ is provided with on-going support, training, pastoral services and the latest Health and Safety training from our in-house expert.
