Our client is looking for a Order to Cash Specialist with minimun 3 years of experience to start working immediately. The role covers all aspects of collections activity including cash collection, account management, customer relations and controls.


Main duties will include:

  • To effectively develop the knowledge and technical skills of the Specialists/Agents in conjunction with the Team Leader.
  • To identify and subsequent closure of knowledge gaps, in order to reach the ops targets.
  • To review /update current processes and documentation and work instructions to ensure that they reflect the current operations and business practices.
  • To identify any process gaps or improvements and therefore, to actively initiate continuous improvement projects.


Working hours are stablished between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.


Offices are near El prat del Llobregat, a well-communicated zone by public transportation.

Requisitos
o A minimum of 3 years- experience in Order to Cash organisation (Required)
o Experience in Collections / Accounts Receivable (Preferred)
o Fully Fluent in English + at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish/Norwegian/Swedish/Finnish)
o Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
o Ability to work on own initiative
o Adaptable to a changing environment & flexible in regards to working patterns
o Analytical skills

Responsabilidades
o Provide guidance, coaching and work-shadowing to new starters and established specialists/agents
o Review of existing work processes, reworking where appropriate and update of work instructions to reflect new processes in line with current operations and business practices;
o Actively seeking, identifying and communicating solutions to queries escalated to them by either the team or referred to them by the Team leader;
o To carry out the normal duties of a specialist/agent within team
o Identify improvement areas (processes simplification/standardization & automation) and initiate respective projects to put in place the change
