From Adecco, we are looking for people to work as a part-time administrative technician.

What will your duties be?

- Control and monitoring of the department's budget, invoicing, order management and incident resolution.
- Organisation of meetings and logistics: coffees, room bookings, agenda management, etc.
- Travel management: booking flights, hotels, travel and associated formalities (PCR, documentation, etc.).
- Other support tasks for the department (preparation of presentations, information research, preparation and revision of documents, translations, etc.).

- Associate degree in a related field.
- At least 4 years of prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
- Attention to detail.
- High level of English and Spanish is required.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
