We are looking for a Logistics Customer service to be a part of a team reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

Receive and analyze the Customersdemand in terms of orders and logistics issues.

Create and maintain a good level of communication with customers and internal with other departments.

Daily tasks:

Creation of orders from customers received by different platforms or by telephone.

Order fulfilment monitoring

Customers claims management

Monitor/a Inbound Outbound flows.

Monitor/a automatic invoicing

Integrate and participate with rest of departments to guarantee customer satisfaction

Reporting

Main KPIs:

Customer service level

Stock Availability

Backorders and recovery plan

Inventory days and value

Requisitos
Required Skills:
Office programs. Excel, Outlook, Access
English language (minimum C1). Italian will be a plus.
Excellent reactivity and problem solving
Knowledge in SAP ( CS / SD / WM )

Additional Skills:
Previous experience in Customer Service ideally in the automotive or manufacturing environment
Good understanding of supply chain processes and their interdependencies from the final customer to suppliers
Knowledge and experience of using CRM systems

Gross salary Annual: €23,009.22

Monday to Thursday: 8.30 13.00 // 13.45 17.30

Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
