1. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK / TASKS
Under the supervision of the promotions manager and in close coordination with the communications officers:
· Publishing and arranging content on the HWC(https://healthy-workplaces.osha.europa.eu/) website, particularly for the online newsroom and the priority areas.
· Support to the media launch of the HWC (https://healthy-workplaces.osha.europa.eu/) and the promotion action plan for the European Week.
· Support to the induction sessions of HWC (https://healthy-workplaces.osha.europa.eu/) partners on the campaign website.
· Support to the media partnership, particularly for recruitment of new partners.
Requisitos
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
University degree in Communications or related field
ESSENTIAL:
Experience in working with contractors and clients.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
Excellent working knowledge of English (equivalent to C1 level).
Experience in working with content management systems such as Drupal or others.
Attention to detail is essential.
Agility to respond to short deadlines in an efficient way (requests from national stakeholders at short notice).
Ability to organize and prioritize, delivering quality results under tight deadlines.
Very good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and service-oriented attitude.
Capacity to work effectively within a multicultural working environment.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Experience of at least three years in the main competences required.
ASSETS:
Experience using tracking software, such as Jira or others.
Previous experience in working within the EU institutions, agencies, or bodies in similar tasks.
Knowledge of MS Teams.

Trabajarás de lunes a viernes en horario de jornada partida
Ganarás un salario de 20,30 euros brutos hora (o superior en función de la experiencia acreditada)
