Summary of the role

Assist Consolidation & Reporting Manager in providing accurate and timely group consolidated financial information within the framework of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Amadeus Group Accounting Policies to provide management and shareholders with accurate financial information for decision making.



In this role you'll:


- Participate and collaborate in the monthly consolidation and reporting process in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), prepare the consolidation package and assist in the preparation of quarterly reporting and annual accounts in order to provide Controlling department, Management and shareholders with up to date information and comply with CNMV regulation, mainly in areas such as Assets, Equity, HR, Provisions, Capital Management and Financial Risk.
- Support and collaborate with Amadeus Group companies, FSC and CoE in the completion of their reporting package and ensure that all comply with the central requirements in terms of established deadlines and data compliance.
- Assist and monitor/a Amadeus Group companies with the implementation and correct application of IFRS and group accounting and reporting procedures in order to assure that information provided is accurate.
- Support the responsible of the Financial Risk Accounts.
- Support the Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows and the Consolidated Statement of changes in equity in a monthly basis.
- Support the deliverables to bankers as indicated in the agreements with financial entities (Financial Covenants) in a quarterly basis.
Manage the preparation of instruction of the the Group Shared Based Payment programs for the group entities in coordination with Compensation and instruct group entities for the accounting entries.
Support the responsible of the yearly coordination of the Group Actuarial review, ensuring the efficient planification, scope definition and fees negotiation. - Manage the preparation of the actuarial reports for the group entities in coordination with the group actuary and instruct group entities for the accounting entries.
- Collaborate with auditors ensuring the use of appropriate information and on the time established in order to obtain the Audit Reports in the dates agreed.

Requisitos
About the ideal candidate

- University Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
- Certified or Chartered Accountant (an advantage).
- 2+ year's working experience in a top tier Auditing firm with assignments in Multinational Company.
- Experience with IFRS and other European Accounting standards (Spanish GAAP) and/or US GAAP.
- Knowledge of Amadeus business is an asset
Microsoft package (excel expert) and user of SAP (R3/S4) and BPC 11
- English: Excellent, written and oral; Spanish: Excellent, written and oral; French and/or German (an advantage)
- International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), accounting and consolidation knowledge
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
