Presentation:
Do you have a passion for customer service? Do you consider yourself a people person? Are you passionate about Ebikes? Are you a native French speaker who has a high level of English? If so, we have the right position for you! We are looking for a passionate and proactive person, with some experience in technical customer service. This position will be dealing with dealers and customers helping them solve technical difficulties and warranty issues.

Key functions:
- Provide Technical, Service Minded Hotline support to Ebike dealers in a confident, friendly manner.
- Respond to consumer calls for technical, general product support, and spare parts, topics dealing with Ebikes
- Troubleshoot, and resolve technical and/or software-related issues using active listening and a positive attitude.
- Make decisions on warranties per company guidelines.
- Document calls/cases in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool.
- To provide general customer service on different social media channels
- Responsible for developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Requirements
- Fluency in French (C2 level, Native or Bilingual) Fluent in English
- Candidates must be available to work full time (39 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
- Candidates should be based in Barcelona. No relocation package is offered for this position.
- If needed, candidates should have an internet connection at home for Home Office during the first weeks.
- Ability to multitask.
- Mid-level computer skills
