We are currently looking for candidates to join an important telemarketing company located in Barcelona center!

We are hiring customer service agents with a passion for travel to work for an exciting project in the tourism industry. Your main mission will be to achieve customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities are:

- Provide professional, prompt and friendly client support by listening to clients and responding in a way that exceeds their expectations.
- Identify and troubleshoot the issues accordingly using available resources.
- Logging and follow up of Customer Information.
- Responding to enquiries and handling client escalations by telephone and email.
- Having a full understanding of company processes and maintaining contractual obligations.

You will work in accessible facilities (La Sagrera); you can get there by public transport.

We offer:

- Full-time contract (39 hours/week).
- Flexible in work schedule: rotation shifts (mostly weekdays between 9am and 10pm).
- Extensive full-time paid training (3 weeks).

- A salary of 16.500 to 21.000 euros gross per year.
- 24 holidays per year on full time bases.

Requisitos
- High level of both written and spoken English (test administrated).
- Flexible with working different shift patterns and weekends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem solving.
- Previous experience in customer service is desirable.
- French/German/Dutch at a native/bilingual level.
