Do you have a passion for customer service? Are you people person? Are you bilingual in English, Italian, and fluent Spanish? If so, we have the right position for you! We are looking for a passionate and proactive person, who will have a transversal role within the customer care department of an international travel insurance start up here in Barcelona. The focus will be related to customer service and claims management within the international and Spanish units.

- Bilingual English, Italian, and Fluent Spanish.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to multitask.
- Mid-level computer skills.
- Effective communication skills - both verbal and non-verbal.
- Must be friendly and willing to help others.
- Ability to cope in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to critically analyze all situations and solve problems efficiently.

Requisitos
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Know our products inside and out so that you can understand the customer's needs and recommend solutions.
- Discuss with customers on different channels and provide information about the company- s products and services.
- Offer information about coverage and prices to prospective customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Liaise with other departments and provide support to them.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Provide feedback to the management team concerning the efficiency of customer service tools, new customer needs and, how to enhance any website/App value proposition.

Responsabilidades
- 09h - 18:30h Monday - Friday
- 3 months and after an indefinite contract
- Salary between 21,000€ - 24,000€ plus a variable 3,000€ Annually
