Do you have a passion for customer service? Are you a people person? Are you a native Dutch speaker who also has a high level of English? If so, we have the right position for you! We are looking for a passionate and proactive person, with some experience in customer service. This position will be providing technical support B2B to mechanics regarding digital car appointment systems and helping clients B2C with issues they may have with the service.

- Managing contacts, opening tickets reports, and solving queries.
- Inbound and outbound final Customer calls and give assistance to car mechanics.
- Manage customer emails and emails from mechanics concerning digital products.
- Control that all appointment platform appointments work correctly and ensure that mechanics receive appointments correctly.
- Give assistance to mechanics when digital systems can´t identify different cars.
- Help final customers to solve all technical issues within the platform or app appointment tool.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

-Fluency in Dutch (C2 level, Native or equivalent) Fluent in English
- Command of MS Office and other basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office.
- At least 1-year experience in the Customer Service Industry will be a big plus.
- Customer Service Orientation, quality awareness, open-mindedness, and ability to learn.
- Good communication skills, critical thinking, positive attitude, team worker, works well under pressure, and used to working in fast-paced environments.
- Home Office from anywhere in Spain is allowed.
- Valid EU Working permit, including a Spanish NIE is a must.

- 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday
- Weekends off
