Our client, an insurance company is looking for someone who speaks German and English to join their busy team, with its office based in Barcelona centre.
The main duties for this role include but are not limited to admin tasks, invoicing and verifying all documentation and calling the mechanics to get all the necessary information.
Main responsibilities:
· Answering questions about the company product and services through phone calls, chats and emails.
· Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
· Deliver information about company procedures
