This position will report to the HO Site Management & Services. The main responsibilities will be:

1 - Buildings and Facilities: Implementation and management of the integral maintenance of the Buildings and their facilities. Analysis, Management and Coordination of renovations and new plant works including relationship with Public Administrations, Construction Companies and Suppliers.

2 - Participation in the Annual Infrastructure Investment Forecasts.

3 - Carry out the tasks of Management, Maintenance, Control and Audit of the Environmental and Energy Management System acting as Energy Manager.

4 - Ensure that clean room contamination and cleanliness requirements are met (supervision of particle counters, calibrations, Siemens system alarm control . . .).

5 - Management of the BMS (Building Management System) system for the control of the facilities.

6 Responsible for facilities KPIs.

7 Team work person: interact with all other functions and support the business in all infrastructure-related requirements.

Requirements

Education: Engineer Degree or equivalent, preferably industrial/electrical engineering.

Certifications: Knowledge of:

supply chain and supplier management.
BMS management software,
DESIGO INSIGHT (Siemens) and
REVIT (BIM system) will be valued.

Work Experience: 3 years experience in a similar position should be valued
