We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join one of the exciting campaigns in a leading international technology company.
Key functions:
- Communicate on behalf of the company team.
- Manage the operational service for customer with social media platforms (Social Customer Care)
- Analysis and reporting of the social media compay activities
- Monitor/a and report of diverse products within the social web (Social Media Monitoring)
- Engagement with communities and identification of key influencers
- Identify trends and development of best practices
- Provide support to agents in responding to customers on different social media platforms and create stringent guidelines/update of data base
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C2 level, Native or Bilingual) Fluent in English (C1 Level). Excellent verbal, written and interactive communication skills
- Candidates must be available to work full time (39 hours per week), Monday to Saturday.
- Candidates must be based in Spain.
- Relevant experience in social networks (agency or company), in particular the maintenance of communities and social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of all relevant social media tools and current online communication techniques
- A degree in a related (Communications, Business) field is desirable but not essential
- Proactive, flexible and ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility
- Quality-driven work ethic and intercultural awareness.
- Candidates should have an internet connection.
