From the LifeSciences & HealthCare division of Spring Professional we recruit a Key Account Manager for the Insurances, Hospitals and Occupational Health business for a multinational company of Clinical Laboratory Analysis.


Reporting directly to the SALES & COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR, you will be in charge of:


- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing offerings that meet their needs while maintaining best in-class quality service

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers throughout the country and internal (sales, commercial and operational) teams

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

- Compile reports on account progress, goals and forecasts for account teams and internal stakeholders. Put together the business plan for key accounts and sectors and update to follow market trends

- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client’s short- and long-term objectives

- In coordination with the Regional Managers to drive negotiations with key accounts

- Conduct research analysis of the market and competition.

- Proactively analyze and review the profitability of the assigned client portfolio.

- Provide commercial support in M&A projects.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Business Management and Administration.

Previous experience in the national Health Industry: Medical Insurers, Private Hospitals and Medical Centers, monographic health centers, etc.

Experience of more than 10 years in similar managerial positions.

Demonstrated knowledge of the Spanish healthcare sector

Fluency in English, spoken and written.

Valuable advanced knowledge of excel and PowerPoint tools.

Ability to manage teams.

Demonstrated results orientation and objective setting

Availability to travel (20-30%).

Salary to be negotiated according to the candidate's experience.
