Requisitos
Tasks for the interim Communications and Events officer will include some of the following. The aim is to ensure a smooth planning and implementation of the campaign during the first half of 2021 adapting the priority areas to the new Covid 19 situation and reorganising events to make them online.

- Supporting the Campaigns Manager in the planning, monitoring and reporting of all campaign and events related processes.
- Coordinating campaign planning group meetings, preparing meeting reports and actively participating in other planning and working meetings.
- Supporting the Campaigns Manager in the review of the events strategy with a special focus on the organisation of online events.
- Supporting the management of consultation processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing and approving editorial content (PowerPoint presentations, news and events items on the web, etc.).
- Supervising the editorial content on EU-OSHA- s campaign website.
- Handling enquiries from the various campaign stakeholders (official campaign partners, focal points, any other interested EU citizen, etc.).
- Coordinating the engagement of official campaign partners and reporting on it.
- Coordinating monitoring activities and providing reports and statistics on the impact of the campaign in online and media activities.
- Assisting in the evaluation of upcoming procurement procedures.
- Regular updating of reporting tools such as Excel tables, online tools etc.
- In all tasks described above, the Communications and Events Officer will have to liaise with external contractors, other EU institutions and colleagues

Responsabilidades
- At least one year appropriate professional experience in the field
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Advanced knowledge of Power Point
- Advanced knowledge of tools for the organisation of online events
Higher education accredited by a degree or secondary education accredited by a degree offering access to higher education and three years of experience

You will have a temporary contract of 6 months duration
You will earn a salary of 18.74 euros gross / hour
You will work from Monday to Friday in split shift hours
