The Team Leaders main objective is to achieve the KPI- s for his/her group. It is an operational

(hands on) role that also encompasses building and managing key relationships with both

internal and external customers whilst ensuring that all activity in managed within the scope of

internal and Sarbox controls.

Key Role Task:

  • To manage effectively designated team work-flow to achieve KPI- s set.
  • To act as an escalation point for the team where a decision has to be made on difficult cases.
  • To focus on quality and order management standards to ensure the corporate Order Management KPI- s are achieved .
  • To ensure compliance with work instructions and strategies and absolute compliance with corporate guidelines encompassing in particular ethical and financial rules.
  • To provide senior management with timely and accurate reporting that captures forecasting, performance trend metrics and actionable management information.
  • To ensure strict adherence to internal and Sarbox controls.


  • Dutch native level
  • Demonstrable experience of relevance to Team Lead role.
  • Relevant and demonstrable experience in Order Management, Billing or Queries role.
  • SAP Experience 
  • PC literacy, MS Office. 
  • Analytical Skills and problem solving
