Are you passionate about people and their well-being? Do you have experience in talent development? Adecco is currently seeking a candidate focused on talent development to work in a large company with a culture of employee development.


You will be responsible for:

? Driving global performance development, establishing yourself as a trusted partner for leaders at all levels and cross-functional partners.

? Implementing an organizational approach to career growth and professional development beyond traditional career paths.

? Managing the operational rhythm and standards of cyclical programs such as performance check-ins, goal-setting, feedback, talent reviews, promotion processes, calibration, and compensation cycles.

? Driving the onboarding process and the new member lifecycle from offer acceptance to the first-day orientation.

? Collaborating cross-functionally with regional and global leaders, key partners, and with the wider team in talent acquisition, total rewards, people ops & systems, and functional and regional HR to successfully design, strengthen, and implement effective solutions.

? Establishing and measuring program effectiveness and optimizing our use of existing technologies.

? Supporting the organization's transition from a role-based to a skills-based focus on career development and progression.



If you have:

? 4+ years of experience building scalable talent development programs, ideally in fast-paced, scaling/changing, global companies.

? Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development grounded in solid business acumen, including a global mindset and a consultative approach with leaders and cross-functional partners.

? Experience using data to inform decisions and to design and deliver impactful programs.

? Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills and cultural awareness.

? Organized, process-oriented, and efficient while being adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment.

? Demonstrated success in designing learning experiences based on a deep knowledge of how people learn.

? Intermediate to advanced proficiency in facilitating learning experiences.

? Experience with external vendor management. Familiarity with Workday Modules.

? Experience in a global tech organization.


We offer:

Temporary contract with Adecco for 6 months.

Salary: 30K gross annual.

Full-time position.

Location: Madrid
