SAP Architecture Analyst is responsible for understanding SHIFT core solution components and supporting the implementation of best practices and guidelines across our global template.

As part of the Architecture and Design Authority, he/she will get assigned to different project tasks. He/she will have the opportunity to develop SAP S/4 techno-functional knowledge with the support of other team members and project colleagues as well as learn to navigate the complex international organization.


In the context of the SHIFT Project, the main duties of the SAP Architecture Analyst are:

· Work under the supervision of his tutor/a within the Architecture & Design Authority team

· Ensure adherence to the Quality Assurance criteria in our SHIFT project deliverables (Functional Specification Documents and others)

· Assist with the update of technical and functional projects documentation

· Participate in SAP S/4 HANA high-level design workshops ensuring quality assurance for the implementation of new solutions as defined in the global template

· Support the Architecture & Design Authority team with some ad hoc analysis

· Assist with testing and roll-out of proof of concepts for SAP solutions. Define and Build test scripts to be run on S/4 HANA involving other functional domains. Troubleshoot and test solutions and prototypes built by Sanofi SAP experts.

· Contribute to the development and consolidation of SHIFT collaboration tools

· Attendance to regular functional meetings and participation in Innovation Initiatives within the context of the Architecture and Design Authority team


· Bachelor/Master's Degree in Computer science, Engineering or comparable with the technical background.

· Background/interest in Technology

· International exposure

· Advanced Microsoft Office

· Strong programming skills supported by some practice

· Strong SQL skills supported by some practice

· Strong English skills (written and spoken), other languages are an asset

· Analytical and synthetic, able to formalize solutions, good writing skills

· Active listener, able to challenge requirements

· Ability to handle different tasks in a fast-paced environment
