Our client is a global-leading company of the technology industry, where their business models is based on the latest technology in order to create an inspiring brand experience for customers.

 

Currently, they are looking for a Technical support agent, whose main responsibility will be providing customer service support via e-mail and telephone.

 

Daily duties will include:

 

- Managing Customer Service Level 1Technical Support

- Providing information to the client and answer to all claims, concerns, suggestions or queries related to the contracted service.

- Identification of needs, ability to detect opportunities to offer additional products, services and follow up.

Requisitos

We definitely want to meet you if:

- You have a native level of Dutch.

- You have strong professional skills in English.

- You have minimum 1-year experience in similar roles.

- Full command of MS Office and other basic computer tools.
