You will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process and managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and growth on the platform.
Your responsibilities:
Guide clients through the onboarding process and educate them on how to use the platform.
Develop personalized plans and resolve obstacles for a successful onboarding.
Manage strategic relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and resources.
Analyze data and generate recommendations for client retention and satisfaction.
Requisitos
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
