Location:
Barcelona Full-time onsite for the first 6 months, then hybrid (2 weeks per month in the office).
Candidates must already be living in Barcelona. Applications from other regions will not be considered.
Schedule:
39 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Rotating shifts: 08:0016:00 | 09:0017:00 | 10:0018:00
Contract Type:
Initial 4-month temporary contract via staffing agency (ETT) + transition to permanent contract.
? Key Responsibilities:
-Provide customer support for the Dutch market.
-Handle inquiries, complaints, and service-related requests for HONDA clients.
-Log and follow up on cases using internal tools and systems.
-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate solutions.
-Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requisitos
Required Language Skills:
Dutch C1 (mandatory)
High level of English (training and interviews will be conducted in English)
- Previous experience with customer service, offering technical support with knowledge of following standards and procedures.
- Advanced user of MS Office
- Able to handle stressful situations.
- Teamwork spirit. Organized. Curious and hunger to learn more.
