Job Description


At Adecco, were hiring for Bosch Service Solutions and seeking multilingual profiles for their international eBike service. If you're tech-savvy, enjoy helping people, and speak both French and Italian, this opportunity is for you.
You will provide first-line technical support for Bosch eBikes to end users and business partners via phone and email. Training and onboarding are conducted entirely in English.
Location: Barcelona (hybrid work: 1 week per month in the office)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (39 hours/week)

Requisitos
High proficiency in both French and Italian

English level C1 (mandatory training in English)

Passion for technology and sustainable transportation

Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus

Problem-solving attitude and good communication skills

EU work permit is mandatory candidates must have DNI/NIE and Social Security number in order

Relocation package is not included

Residing in Barcelona or open to relocating independently

Temporary contract via Adecco, with potential permanent position at Bosch

Approximate annual gross salary:
Base salary + language bonus (FR + IT) + eBike premium:
€22,956.30
After 6 months: +5% €24,104.12 gross/year
Additional €1.30/day remote work allowance (paid with a two-month delay)

Paid initial training in English
