Were hiring! Italian-speaking Roadside Assistance Agent (Hybrid Barcelona)
Were looking for a candidate with a native or C1 level of Italian, and at least a B2 level of English, as training and internal communication are conducted in English.
About the role:
You will be the first point of contact for users in need of roadside assistance (breakdowns, towing, emergencies, etc.). You must be able to remain calm, empathetic, and reassuring, especially during high-pressure or emergency situations. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to support users in distress with professionalism and care.

Requisitos
Requirements:

Native or C1 level of Italian excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Minimum B2 level of English as all training and internal communication are conducted in English.

Previous experience in customer service or call centers is highly valued.

Ability to stay calm and empathetic in stressful or emergency situations.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.

Strong teamwork attitude and a sense of responsibility.


¿Qué ofrecemos?
Temporary contract via Adecco, with potential permanent position at Bosch

Start date: July 16th (paid training included in the contract)
Type of contract: Initial contract through Adecco
Work model: Hybrid only 5 days per month in the office, the rest working from home
Salary: Around eur 1850 gross/month
Schedule: 4 PM to 12 AM, Monday to Sunday (rotating weekends)
Location: Barcelona
