Are you passionate about digital marketing, brand building, and lead generation? At LHH Spain, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our public employment and training projects by boosting visibility, generating leads, and managing our digital presence.


Your Mission

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads in the B2B market.


Key Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage and optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages.
  • Create and manage SEM, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) ad campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROI, conversion rates).
  • Support multi-channel campaigns and nurture leads through the funnel.

- Social Media & Content

  • Create and schedule engaging content across platforms.
  • Use tools like Hootsuite to manage and analyze social media activity.
  • Ensure brand consistency and collaborate with design teams.

- CRM & Email Marketing

  • Build and manage email campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Create landing pages, forms, and automated workflows.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize engagement.

- Events & Brand Management

  • Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Assist in sponsorship materials and speaker support.
  • Maintain brand alignment across all marketing materials.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • 2+ years in B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Experience with SEM, LinkedIn, and X ad creation.
  • 1+ year using Sitecore or similar CMS.
  • 1+ year using Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Experience organizing both virtual and in-person events.

Skills & Tools:

  • Hootsuite or similar social media tools.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Understanding of multichannel marketing strategies.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English.

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and planning abilities.
  • Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
