Location: Madrid
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in-office + 2 days remote, flexible but non-cumulative)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8h/day (flexible start between 08:30 and 09:30)
- Friday: 6h
- Summer schedule: 7h/day
Compensation:
- Up to €30,000/year
- Meal vouchers included
Contract Type:
- Temporary replacement due to medical leave (expected to be long-term)
What You'll Do
As a Social Media Specialist, youll be part of the Communication & Media team, leading the local social media strategy to boost brand presence, engage with our digital community, and create impactful content.

RequisitosKey Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with communication goals
Collaborate with digital teams and external agencies
Identify trends and opportunities to enhance our online presence
Create innovative, platform-specific content
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
¿Qué ofrecemos?What Were Looking For:
4+ years of experience in social media management (agency or in-house)
Proven success in building brand presence through social platforms
Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Experience with influencer marketing and paid media
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Sprinklr
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities
Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
